Loss of general trust


‘Tab af almen Tillid’ can be translated to ‘loss of general trust’.

Law 259

§ 6. Whoever is found guilty of anything criminal under this Act, is declared unworthy of public trust by the Judgment. Loss of general Confidence leads to Loss of:

1) Right to Vote and Eligibility in Public Affairs.

2) Public Service and Access to obtain Public Service and Duties. The forfeiture does not exempt it concerned for exercising civil ombudsmen who are not based on any relationship of trust.

3) Right to do Military Service. By Royal Decree, Provisions on Duty to Work may be laid down for Replacement of Broken Military Service.

4) Right to work as a Doctor, as a Lawyer or in another Company that requires a public Authorization.

5) The right to serve as a Priest of any denomination or to practice teaching of any Art.
