Full Range of Motion VS. Partial Range of Motion


There has been much debate over the last few decades regarding range of motion and hypertrophy/strength with some claiming that full ROM is necessary for maximal hypertrophy and strength while others claim that partial ROM is optimal for the same adaptations due to the ability to utilize greater loads. In this recent meta-analysis the authors put these claims to the test.
